Function Catering Menus

Two perfect menus are on offer for your next function. Our function menus cater for birthday parties, business functions, engagement parties and other formal dining situations.

Start off with an entree of Smoked Salmon with salted cucumber and Spanish onion salad drizzled with dill aioli, Tandoori Chicken Salad with a side salad of cherry tomatoes cucumber drizzled with a raita dressing or try our very popular Satay skewers (chicken, beef or lamb) on a bed of saffron rice served with a traditional satay dipping sauce.

For your main may we suggest you consider the Creole Chicken tossed in Cajun spices served on a spicy roasted vegetable salsa topped with lime dressing, this dish is full of flavor. Perhaps a classic Butter Chicken served with classic Indian sauce on a bed of saffron rice? It is your choice, simply start with our $45 or $56 menus and choose your own selection of dishes from our wide selections below.

Before you decide, we must insist you view our desserts! We have been told that our Sticky Date Pudding – topped with butter scotch sauce and ice cream is to die for. (I can’t decide over the Raspberry white chocolate bomb and the Backed Cheescake!)

Curry•  Satay skewers (chicken, beef or lamb) on a bed of saffron rice served with a traditional satay dipping sauce

• Caesar Salad — traditional Caesar salad with all the delicious trimmings finished with a poached egg

• Thai Beef or Chicken Salad accompanied with salad leaves, cashew nuts finished with a coriander ginger dressing
• Tandoori Chicken Salad with a side salad of cherry tomatoes cucumber drizzled with a raita dressing
• Moroccan spiced roast chicken salad — with cherry tomatoes, orange segments and coriander drizzled with cumin yogurt dressing
• Puff pastry tart — topped with roasted pumpkin, pinenuts, goats cheese, rocket salad and balsamic glaze
• Mushroom arancini — mushroom flavoured risotto balls served with baby spinach leaves and garlic aioli
• Salt and pepper calamari on an Asian crest salad
• Chicken, mushroom and spinach risotto with parmesan cheese

Pasta• Leg of Lamb rosemary and garlic studded with mint and merlot jus
• Roast Beef with a seeded mustard crust
• Scotch Fillet Steak served with peppercorn or red wine jus
• Eye fillet medallions — served with caramelized onion jus (add $4 per person)
• Lamb Shanks served on creamy mash potato with a red wine jus
• Chicken Mignon — breast fillet wrapped with bacon finished with creamy mushroom white wine sauce

• Three point lamb rack with balsamicjus (add $6 per person)
• Chicken Florentine — stuffed chicken breast with baby spinach and camembert topped with garlic and cream sauce
• Open Beef Wellington — eye fillet beef topped with mushroom farce and beef jus topped with a puff pastry lid (add $4 per person)
All main courses are served with seasonal vegetables and your choice of mash potato, roasted garlic chat potatoes, hassle back potatoes or scalloped potatoes.

Additional Information

Choose from the following:

• $500.00 deposit required to confirm booking
• Final guest numbers are required one week prior, with the final catering balance
• Security may be required at the discretion of the Functions Manager
• Function prices are based on a minimum of 80 people, final numbers below this amount will incur a $4 per person surcharge
• Function room setup and breakdown included in all per person amounts
• Entertainment meals are available included is the main meal and complimentary soft drinks at $25 per person
• Entertainment, decorations, flowers, special occasions cakes to be supplied by client
• Glass Vase centrepiece complimentary with packages
